ASQ Retail Deliverables
Management Summary
The management summary is an interactive file allowing airports to create customized reports showing ASQ Retail results for selected airports. It is provided only 3 weeks after the end of the survey period and covers satisfaction with retail ambience, sales performance indicators and demographic profiles of shoppers.
Benchmark report
The report includes graphs benchmarking all KPIs and demographics for all participating airports. The reports include time series graphs to provide a performance overview over the last 2 years and demographic analyses and comparisons. Additional survey information can be found in the detailed tables which provide more analysis on the survey results.
Raw data in SPSS / database formats
This is the full set of raw data in SPSS and XL formats which includes the raw data of all participating airports. It provides a fully flexible option for power users.
Prioritisation analysis
The prioritisation analysis is specific to each individual airport and shows how each aspect of the retail experience contributes to overall satisfaction and to sales performance using correlations and benchmark comparisons. It is prepared once a year and provides valuable information on which aspects of the retail experience are important to customer satisfaction and where to focus efforts and investments.
